Stress is Natural! Really?!

Every seems to believe that stress is natural when we talk about our jobs, our work affecting family life, when we are not capable to cope up with too many things, stress becomes constant and we start to assume it to be natural. The truth is that stress is not a physical and is self-created or may be situation driven.

You can fight back the stressing element by managing time or to opt for the positive approach in dealing with it. But what shall be done if the organization you work for is making you miserable? At the end of the day you feel completely drained and the credit goes to your work environment and culture that take you to an unpleasant ride of stress. 

Some organizations find it difficult to help the employees deal with stress, as stress affects the work performance big time. There are certain things that organizations do but they choose to ignore. Giving a short break from work can be really reliving, but wasting time is not on the list so the management does not encourage such thoughts. There should be certain events or tasks that enhance the motivational factors. It is a must to keep your employees engaged else the stress will creep in and ruin the hard work. 

If you are employed in the organization that does not furnish any strategy in dealing stress, then its time you should also give a thought to work in an organization that supports its employees with humility and not just plan to extract maximum amount of work from them. We are not robots after all.
