In my previous articles we have discussed the problems faced when you have an inconsistent boss, when working environment is too stressful and unfruitful boss. Today I am going to focus on ‘if your boss is too moody’; is looking for another job a suitable option? There might be chances that you are responsible for instigating the crankiness, but if not, then these could be the reasons:

Your boss might not be
confident about your work or he is getting insecure because you are an
excellent performer and capable giving his a potential competition in future.
You can’t deteriorate your work
quality and performance, this feeling of envy in going to get intense with each
