come across several situations when we have no idea of what should be done. You

Manager calls up sally to ask

Shelly: Sir I have no idea what is happening, but we

Manager:

Shelly:

Manager:

In the above conversation the right
thing a manager should do now is to fire Shelly for not having the knowledge of
